Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Local Hand Delivery: same or next business day

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Local Hand Delivery

We offer a convenient local hand delivery service for our customers in Greater Seattle Area and Olympia.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12 PM can be delivered the same business day.
  • Select the "Local delivery" option at checkout.
  • Enter your delivery address to see if you qualify for this service.

Specific Requests

If you have a specific delivery date request, please email us at info@evergreenroses.com with your order number and the preferred date. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure your roses arrive on time.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order through the shipping carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
  • You can also track your order status directly on our website under the "Track My Order" section in the Instant Answers of our Chat.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations or carrier policies.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Evergreen Roses is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Evergreen Roses is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@evergreenroses.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@evergreenroses.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
