Evergreen Roses arrangements are made of natural flowers and are not eligible for returns. Please also note, your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed.

While we cannot accept returns, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a product that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@evergreenroses.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
